Creating thriving communities is one of our key goals.
Nothing brings us greater pleasure than seeing residents of our developments mixing with one another, and we aid this wherever possible by making spaces and offering amenities which encourage interaction. Whether that’s creating a central communal green with BBQ facilities, gyms, work spaces, community hubs or allotments, we encourage our residents to collaborate, be creative and bring a social element to our schemes.
A key part of place making philosophy is to promote local, independent and artisan businesses within our developments, avoiding the repetition of inviting the same national chains into every shopping parade or high street where we develop. We are proud to support ‘indie traders’, artisans and small businesses as we believe they bring a sense of character, vibrancy, and identity to an area.
