We will acknowledge your enquiry within the next working day. We will investigate in accordance with established in house procedures and reply within 7 working days of receipt of your enquiry.
Should your grievance not be resolved to your satisfaction following internal investigation, you should address the matter to Harinder Dhaliwal, Managing Director, using the contact details above.
We will endeavour to resolve the matter, but if you are still unhappy, your grievance may be referred to the Consumer Code for Homebuilders’ Independent Dispute resolution scheme, where your grievance will be considered by an independent arbitrator, who will provide a ruling upon the required action. Your legal rights are not affected by this process.
