As a responsible home builder, Step Places is committed to follow the good practice of the Consumer Code for Home Builders (Fourth Edition, 2019)

The Consumer Code for Home Builders is available from our Sales team or from the Consumer Code for Home Builders website. It is provided to you upon reservation of your new home; and a copy is provided to your legal representatives with the draft contract of sale.

The purpose of the code is to ensure that home buyers:

• Are treated fairly
• Know what service levels to expect
• Receive reliable information on which to make their decisions
• Know how to access speedy, low cost dispute resolution arrangements if they are dissatisfied
